Miami Home Sells For Record Breaking Price

A sprawling palatial home set on an exclusive island overlooking Miami’s tranquil Biscayne Bay has sold for a jaw dropping $47 million marking it as a record breaker in the Miami Beach property market as declared by the realtors who made the deal last week. Although the buyer of this extensive property has not been revealed – due to a non-disclosure agreement – whoever he may be is the new owner of a property boasting floor space of 30,000 square-feet on Indian Creek Island.

The previous owners of the property were builders Shlomi Alexander and Felix Cohen. In which Miami-Dade property records showed construction including a stone and glass structure, featuring limestone walls and indoor reflecting pools with the structure being completed last year. As well as having 10 bedrooms and a staggering 14 bathrooms it boasts a 3D theatre, 100 foot pool and cabana and perhaps most luxuriously a full spa pavilion and technologically advanced waterfront gym. The property in Indian Creek may be residing in prime real estate territory, being the most expensive residential address in and around Miami but its selling price of $47 million has set a record.  But with Gianni Versace’s iconic South Beach mansion up for sale, with a hefty price tag of $125 million, the new record could be broken again very shortly.
