New Chef Spices Up Dining At The JW Marriott Hotel Miami

The dining experience at Miami’s JW Marriott Hotel has just got hotter with the arrival of Daniel Goldich, the hotels new executive chef. Goldisch comes highly recommended, holding the Sous Chef title at the esteemed Five Diamond St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort and Spa in California and perfected his craft in Atlantic City at the Academy of Culinary Arts.

The Trapiche Restaurant, within the esteemed surrounds of the JW Marriott is where Chef Goldich will work his magic along with also supporting the hotel groups other restaurants and planning special events and parites.  Seating only twenty guests, the intimate space is considered one of Miami’s most exclusive culinary venues. Serving up artfully coloured and well-conceived Mediterranean fare, think herb-crusted meats and pan-seared fish, the restaurant won the Wine Spectators Award of Excellence for the fourth year running in 2010.  JW Marriott’s GM, Florencia Rotemberg explains: “We are excited to welcome Daniel Goldich as the newest member of our team. Chef Goldich’s accomplishments in the culinary arts make him an asset to the JW Marriott Hotel Miami and the high level culinary experience we provide to our guests.”
